Meet the Founder: Sharleen Senior

Author. Sister. Visionary. Survivor.

Sharleen Senior is a woman who knows what it feels like to weather a silent storm. As the author of The Silent Storm, she poured her heart onto the page — capturing the untold struggles that so many women face in perimenopause, often without language or support. What began as her personal battle with anxiety, hormonal shifts, and an invisible war became a God-led movement of healing.

Out of that sacred struggle, The Savannah Sisterhood Circle was born — a community rooted in faith, wellness, and bold truth-telling for women navigating the shift of perimenopause and beyond.

Sharleen is not a doctor, and she’s not pretending to be one.

She’s a sister in the journey.

A woman who’s walked through the fog and come out radiant with wisdom, scripture, and strength.

Through her writing, speaking, and deep love for women’s wellness, she is building a global safe space where:

·         Shame is shattered.

·         Stories are shared.

·         Sisterhood is sacred.

She continues to empower women across the Caribbean and diaspora to embrace their God-given identity—even when the body feels like it’s changing too fast.

 Her Words to You:

“You are not losing your mind. You are finding your voice.

This season doesn’t make you less — it’s revealing the more God planted inside of you.”

Let this Circle be your reminder that healing isn’t a solo journey.

About the Founder

Sharleen Senior is a mother, author, career woman with over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry, and a devoted woman of faith. She is a Justice of the Peace and has recently completed training to become a Chaplain—deepening her commitment to service, healing, and spiritual guidance.

Through her own journey with perimenopause, anxiety, and emotional transitions, Sharleen came face-to-face with a silent storm many women quietly endure. It was during this deeply personal and spiritual season that The Savannah Sisterhood Circle was born—a sacred space where women could speak freely, find solidarity, and lean into God’s grace during one of the most misunderstood seasons of life.

She is also the visionary behind The Savannah Brand, a platform committed to faith, wellness, entrepreneurship, and creative empowerment. Her acclaimed book, The Silent Storm, continues to impact women across generations—offering honest reflections, biblical truths, and the reminder that storms don’t come to destroy us… they come to reveal who we are becoming.

“I didn’t create the Sisterhood because I had all the answers—

I created it because I had the same questions,
